LINDAL Group has expanded its aerosol dispensing portfolio with the launch of three new actuators — Snap, Luna and Matteo — introduced at Paris Packaging Week 2026 during the Aerosol & Dispensing Forum.

The Hamburg-based dispensing specialist said the additions strengthen its offering across healthcare, personal care and homecare segments, with a focus on application-led innovation, user safety and customisation flexibility.

Snap is a precision spray head actuator developed specifically for nasal healthcare applications. Available in adult and child formats, the design supports sterilisation processes and incorporates a mechanical break-up spray system to ensure controlled delivery. The actuator is supplied with LINDAL’s Bag-on-Valve (BOV) systems and is compatible with standard nasal overcaps. The company said the solution was engineered to prioritise patient safety and dosing reliability.

Luna, a 35mm twist-lock actuator, targets personal care and household aerosol formats. Designed with a visible on/off indicator and audible click mechanism, the actuator provides clear confirmation of its open or closed status, helping reduce the risk of accidental discharge. Luna is compatible with aluminium and tinplate cans, LINDAL male valves and BOV systems, and supports a full range of inserts. Multi-colour configuration options are available to enhance branding opportunities.

Matteo, a 45mm spray head actuator, has been developed for larger-diameter personal care applications. The two-part design is suitable for aluminium transfer and tinplate cans and can be supplied with either mechanical or non-mechanical break-up inserts to adjust spray performance. Compatible with LINDAL’s CA39 and LIP male valves, Matteo also allows customisation of body and finger pad colours to support brand differentiation.
