Krones will be installing its Krones Modulseam can seamer in Turkey – as part of a turnkey project with its new client Kristal Cola.

This Turkish company, founded in 1994, is specialised in CSD products, energy drinks and juices, and currently has four production facilities in Turkey. For the site in Sapanca, a new complete plant for cans with a capacity of 40,000 containers per hour was required.

In a statement, the company said:

“After our project management was quickly convincing in the initial phase, and since we technically could prevent possible pandemic restrictions with our competent local resources from Krones Makina, Kristal Kola chose Krones for this exciting project.

“We are very grateful for that and are already looking forward to working together!”
