Wallram owner hands control over to next generation
Wallram CTE in Poland.’s owner Krzysztof Serwiński is handing over control of the company to his son, as the company seeks to initiate a succession plan.
After two decades, Wallram’s first man is handing over the baton to the next generation; his son Przemysław Serwiński.
During those two decades, Krzysztof and his team have been providing tooling service and quality products for its customers under the mission statement: “Only the best is good enough“.
Przemysław’s journey with Wallram CTE began in 2005 as a CNC grinding specialist and after only six years, he took on the role of production supervisor. Over the last years, Przemysław has also been taking care of CTE’s business development. In 2019, he became a member of the board and was appointed Wallram CTE Deputy Director at the start of 2021.
Knowing CTE from the ground up and with the support of our lead engineer Krzysztof Kurowski, and Serwiński senior, who is resuming an advisory role, Przemysław is taking over the reins – continuing the tradition of a can-do-approach, excellent customer service, and strong commitment to our location in Poland.
A statement from Wallram commented on the transition: “We want to thank Krzysztof Serwiński for his excellent work and service over the last 20 years and we wish Przemysław and the whole team at Wallram CTE continued success in delivering the best service for our clients.”
