Canned water brand CanO Water has donated 1000 beverages to support fun runs in Kent.

CanO Water will be handed out to runners taking part in the 5k and 10k events at Port Lympne and Howletts Animal Parks in Kent this month.

The 5k at Howletts took place on Sunday, while the 5k and 10k at Port Lympne will host 5k and 10k events on Sunday, November 17.

The Aspinall Foundation tweeted: “Thank you @canowater for donating 1000 cans of water for our runners at the Port Lympne Challenge & the Howletts Fun Run! The parks are working hard to reduce single-use plastic on site. Reducing plastic usage is the first step towards keeping our oceans clean.”

The fun runs will raise money to help keep save rare and endangered species and return them back to the wild.

Both runs offer a unique chance to run around the parks and see the animals as you do so.

The parks are closed exclusively for the runs and entrants will receive free entry to walk around afterwards as well as a medal.

All profits go towards The Aspinall Foundation work, so running for us will make a real difference to our conservation efforts around the world.
