Brian Nielsen has decided to step down as president after a lifelong career at Envases. 

Isaías Zapata, president of the Envases Group for the Food and Industrial Division, commented: “Brian Nielsen has been instrumental in the growth and success journey of the company, and I wish to thank him for his many years of service, his dedication, professionalism and on a personal note also for his friendship. He will be sorely missed.”

Dan Aggertoft Christensen has been appointed as the new President Envases Europe, Dan, who previously served as COO, moved up the ranks in a wide array of functions and responsibilities, from logistics, purchasing and IT to plant managemen.

Isaías Zapata said: “I couldn’t be more excited about the future for Envases Europe. Dan will bring not only his experience and intelligence to this position, but also together with a strong management team a refreshed and analytical approach to sustainability, growth and full satisfaction of our customers.” 

Christensen commented: “Brian leaves a great legacy, and it is a privilege for me to step up and lead the continued growth journey for Envases.”

Klaus Breinholt has been appointed new Operations Director and the commercial business will continue to be headed by Chief Commercial Officer Mikkel Nørgaard Dall.
