The finishing touches are underway at Taishan Fortune Precision Machinery’s new plant in the city of Taishan, China’s southern Guangdong province. The plant, along with the expansion of its headquarters, is scheduled for completion in Q3 2022. The expansion cost is estimated at more than CNY40 million (US$6.25m), the metal packaging equipment specialist for the food and beverage sectors said last October, when it made a project announcement.

The 13,434 sqm plant will be equipped to simultaneously assemble up to 24 production lines “which can greatly alleviate the current equipment assembly pressure”, overseas sales director Dingo Zha said then.
