Novelis bans Russian metal in 2023
Novelis, one of the world’s biggest buyers of aluminium, will not receive Russian metal when supplying European factories in 2023.
Rusal is the world’s third largest metal producer.
Novelis published a tender for 2023 for supply to its European plants that specified no metal from Russia would be allowed in any deal.
