Role Summary:
This is a key position within Intercan Group, serving the primary purpose of ensuring communication between all stake holders whilst utilising the systems and procedures in place.
- Ensuring all queries and orders are processed and answered within the required timescale.
- Ensuring the records control system is followed and kept up to date.
- Supporting supply chain procedures.
- Planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
- Preparing shipping documents.
- Receipt of physical and digital information from both internal and external parties, ensuring systems are followed and items scanned to correct electronic locations.
- Maintain good communication and suitable diary updates throughout the order processing cycle.
