Roeslein & Associates, Inc. is currently prepping for the largest tradeshow in the metal packaging industry, Metpack 2023. 

Every three years, market leaders and specialised companies from the metal packaging industry present their innovations at this week-long extravaganza in Essen, Germany. This year, the show will take place 2 – 6 May. 

Roeslein & Associates will be sending 15 representatives from the company who will participate in the show; It will be located in Hall 3.0, booth 3D49.

During this week-long event, attendees can learn how Roeslein can aid customers in productivity improvement, line expansions, and size changes. 

Its team of professionals will highlight the company’s increased product and service offerings, including its newly redesigned Ultra Violet Bottom Coater (UVBC) with LED technology and a plethora of conveyance updates.

Roeslein’s UVBC is bringing new technology to market by transforming its proprietary system with a reliable, sustainable, and proven UV LED curing and control system update. 

As an alternative to microwave and arc lamp technology, the UV LED technology leads to increased reliability and efficiency, lower power consumption, and an increased 70,000+ hour lamp life. 

The UV lamp and power supplies are smaller, lighter, less expensive, and provide better availability for purchase. With regard to coatings, a new coating has been implemented for LED curing and vetted by a third party for validation.

Furthermore, when looking at the future of conveyance, Pride has released three updates to its technology offerings and premiered six new items to its product lineup.
