Fanti Packaging has announced the official opening of its new headquarters, Fanti USA, in Weirton, West Virginia. 

The investment, amounting to approximately $30 million, and marks a key stage in the internationalisation of Fanti Packaging and its expansion into the US market.

The Fanti USA project chose West Virginia as the ideal geographical area to serve the American market, in particular the leading companies in the Northeast and Midwest. 

With approximately 10,000 m2 of floor space, including almost 9,000 m2 dedicated to production, the plant has undergone significant renovation.

Fanti Packaging CEO Stefano Fanti said: “Reaching the Unites States  holds great meaning  for Fanti Packaging: we bring with us over 75 years’ experience designing and manufacturing packaging for paints and chemical solutions, as we venture into  the Americas and an extremely exciting  market ” 

“Industry trends and current legislation have produced  specific coordinated guidelines for the development of cans and we seek to meet these  by applying the efficiency and quality we are renowned for worldwide”.
