About this opportunity

Eviosys is currently looking for a Sales Manager, based in Saint-Ouen (93), to be in charge of the France Northen Region & Benelux.
You will Develop, improve and manage all commercial processes of the organization, with a documented and systematic approach. This is to achieve maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization.
You will Provide sales plan for customer accounts, executed as validated and achieve sales target as determined by Commercial Director Food West Europe

Main responsibilities

1)    Manage negotiations, conclude and sign contracts with customer in accordance with the company’s strategy.
2)    Ensure a high level of understanding of the customer market.  Manage / analyse customers’ accounts, identifying opportunities for “new” enhance margins. Customers & markets portfolio insight.
3)    Maintain regular, high level contacts with customer through regular visits/contact.
4)    Handles commercial claims and negotiates with customer for mutually beneficial solutions to ensure protection of both the company’s and the customers’ interests, maintaining good business relationships.
5)    Develop & implement a sales plan.  Fully involved in the budgeting and forecasting processes.  Accurate forecasting to minimise inventories and eliminate waste.
6)    Cost saving projects and opportunities
7)    Ensure commitments made to customer are monitored and fulfilled throughout the lifetime of the contract.
8)    Prepare and commit on customers’ forecasts on a monthly basis
9)    Monitor revision of sales forecasts to ensure optimum utilisation of opportunities and minimisation of loss due to negative fluctuation in demand.
10)    Monitor and controls customer credit balances to optimise cash situation, increase cash flow and improve profitability.  Ensures that payments are made in due time.  
11)    Important requirement to work closely within the commercial organization, but also to link with the CTS team in order to support customers and deliver objectives.

Your profile 

Graduated from a Business School or University, you demonstrate at least 10 years of commercial experience gained at a senior level, ideally in a manufacturing environment and an international business. 
Problem solver, results & continuous improvement oriented, you possess a technical understanding that allow you to support our customers as well as internal interlocutors across the CTS or Supply Chain departments.
Ideally, you have a good knowledge of the packaging making process and a strong understanding of the Food Industry principles.

Fluency in English is a mandatory to succeed in this role.
