Hyke has recently upgraded its packaging by introducing a new aluminium bottle for its gin. This innovation is part of a collaboration with Vetroplas Packaging and Neville & More, using Envases products distributed in the UK by Vetroplas.

The 70cl aluminium bottles are made entirely from 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) aluminium. This choice helps preserve natural resources and minimises the carbon emissions typically associated with producing new aluminium. By opting for recycled aluminium, Hyke achieves a significant 40% reduction in the weight of the filled bottle compared to glass, which decreases fuel consumption during transportation and lowers greenhouse gas emissions, contributing to a more sustainable supply chain.

The design of these aluminium bottles includes advanced offset printing on an opaque base coat, giving them a sleek and contemporary appearance.
