ROCOL redesigns packaging

ROCOL has revealed a new packaging redesign for its EASYLINE EDGE line marking paint.

Although the paint formulations and product performance remain unchanged, ROCOL emphasised that the updated packaging reflects the company’s dedication to innovation and improving the customer experience. The redesign also underscores ROCOL’s ongoing commitment to full compliance with regulations such as REACH and CLP, which has prompted updates to the safety information displayed on the packaging.

Among the new features is a QR code that directs customers to the EASYLINE EDGE landing page on the ROCOL website, simplifying access to detailed product information and expert assistance. The packaging also now includes new pictograms that highlight key product features, such as sharp lines, reduced waste, and quick drying times.

ROCOL noted that the revamped design gives the product a more modern and visually appealing appearance. Additionally, the updated packaging now shows the EASYLINE Applicator at the bottom of the aerosol can, with an angled image to clarify its role in the system and guide users on how to position it in the applicator.

This update is intended to better meet the needs of distributors by clearly linking the cans to the applicator, according to ROCOL. The company chose to announce the redesigned packaging during the “line-marking season,” typically in the spring and summer, when refreshing line markings is most common both indoors and outdoors.

This announcement follows previous product updates made by ROCOL in the fourth quarter of last year, which improved efficiency by reducing downtime and waste, while also delivering even sharper lines when used with the Applicator. Additionally, ROCOL highlighted that the EASYLINE EDGE 750ml aerosol contains up to 100% more paint solids than comparable products on the market, which helps reduce waste and the need for frequent repurchases.

The product updates from last year also enabled the EASYLINE EDGE paint to dry within eight minutes, making it traffic-ready in just 30 minutes.
