Ardagh Metal Packaging [AMP] has announced the appointment of Vincent Lefèvre as the new Chief Executive Officer for its European business. 

This significant leadership transition was warmly welcomed by Oliver Graham, CEO of AMP, who praised Lefèvre’s capabilities and character in a statement.

“I’m delighted to announce the appointment of Vincent Lefèvre as CEO for our European business. Ever since I first met Vincent to discuss him becoming the CFO for AMP Europe, I have been impressed by his strategic mindset, curiosity, and rigorous approach,” Graham said.

Reflecting on Lefevre’s contributions, Graham added, “In the CFO role, he drove real change in the finance function while being a great business partner to myself and then David. But while all these attributes will stand him in very good stead in the CEO role, the reason we know he will be a great leader of the business is his character.”

Graham further highlighted Lefèvre’s leadership qualities, describing him as “always respectful of others, empathetic, but tough when needed.” He expressed confidence in Lefèvre’s ability to steer the European business toward continued success, concluding, “He has everything needed to succeed, and I wish him all the best in this endeavour!”
