The Los Angeles Dodgers are being celebrated in various ways following their 2024 World Series championship win, with several brands launching special-edition products to honour the team’s achievement.
One standout tribute comes from Budweiser, the official beer of Major League Baseball, which has unveiled a limited-edition aluminium bottle commemorating the Dodgers’ eighth World Series title in franchise history.

With this special aluminium bottle, Budweiser not only celebrates the Dodgers’ World Series triumph but also reinforces its commitment to honouring baseball’s rich tradition, giving fans a stylish way to raise a toast to their championship team.
In other Anheuser-Busch news, CEO Brendan Whitworth’s letter last month ignited a significant shift in the beer industry, encouraging the replacement of the term “domestic” with “American” on beer menus and signage. Since then, hundreds of bars, restaurants, entertainment venues, and retail stores have embraced the change, proudly labelling beers brewed in the U.S. as American. This shift highlights the dedication and craftsmanship of those in the American beer industry.
Now, a growing number of Major League Baseball (MLB) teams are joining the movement, celebrating American beer at their stadiums starting on Opening Day, March 27. Teams such as the Los Angeles Dodgers, St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago Cubs, Texas Rangers, Washington Nationals, and the Cincinnati Reds—who play at the aptly named Great American Ball Park—are among the first to update their stadium menus and signage. In total, 10 MLB teams from coast to coast have committed to recognising American beer, with more expected to follow.
As the season begins, Anheuser-Busch continues to lead the industry by driving growth and innovation while honouring the longstanding tradition of American brewing and manufacturing. Baseball fans heading to stadiums this year will have the opportunity to enjoy a true American experience—sipping on American beer while watching America’s favourite pastime.
Bill DeWitt III, President of the St. Louis Cardinals, shared his enthusiasm:
“Fewer things go better together than baseball and beer, and for many fans, enjoying a beer with friends or family while watching a game is part of what makes baseball America’s Pastime. At the St. Louis Cardinals, we are proud of our partnership with Anheuser-Busch which brings together two iconic traditions and has been a quintessential part of the Cardinals gameday experience for 21+ baseball fans for years.”
As the longest-standing sponsor of MLB, Budweiser, which partners with 17 of the 29 U.S.-based MLB teams, continues to play a key role in preserving and celebrating this cherished tradition.
