Boston Partners acquire new stake in AMP

Boston Partners recently acquired a new stake in Ardagh Metal Packaging, according to the company’s latest Form 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). 

The firm purchased 196,815 shares of the company’s stock during the fourth quarter, valued at approximately $592,000.

This acquisition is part of a broader trend of hedge funds and institutional investors increasing their positions in Ardagh Metal Packaging.

Several other investment firms also made moves in the fourth quarter. Larson Financial Group LLC initiated a new position in the company, acquiring shares worth approximately $30,000. Cibc World Markets Corp purchased a stake valued at around $41,000, while Aigen Investment Management LP bought in with a $42,000 investment.

In addition, Fidelis Capital Partners LLC significantly boosted its position in Ardagh Metal Packaging, increasing its holdings by 52.9%. The firm now owns 26,781 shares valued at approximately $81,000, after purchasing an additional 9,266 shares during the quarter. Meanwhile, Ieq Capital LLC grew its stake by 15.7%, bringing its total to 39,028 shares worth around $117,000.

Institutional investors now collectively own approximately 16.93% of the company’s stock, reflecting growing confidence in the company’s potential.
