Responsibilities:
Sales & Key Accounts Support
- Contribute to achieving sales targets in the APAC region: Collaborate with the sales team to analyze market segments and identify potential areas for revenue growth. Provide market insights and product-related recommendations to help the sales team close deals more effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, key accounts, and partners in the APAC region to enhance brand awareness and drive product adoption.
- Participate in sales negotiations for important deals: Leverage your understanding of the product features, competitive advantages, and customer needs to support the sales team during negotiations with major clients.
- Track and analyze sales data related to Torus and other Rigid Packaging products in the APAC region to drive continuous sales growth.
Customer Relationship Management
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer inquiries, provide product expertise, and assist in closing deals in the APAC region.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any product-related issues or complaints promptly. Use customer feedback to continuously improve product performance and customer experience.
- Identify and cultivate key accounts in the APAC region, developing long-term partnerships and maximizing customer lifetime value.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research in the APAC region to understand the current trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape regarding can lid performance testing equipment.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities for product improvement, new product development, and market expansion.
- Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and standards in different countries within the APAC region and ensure our products comply with them.
Product Strategy and Development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, engineering, and sales to create product roadmaps for the APAC region, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market demands.
- Act as the key liaison between the APAC market and the internal R&D team, effectively communicating customer requirements and market insights to drive the development of new products and enhancements of existing ones.
- Participate in product design reviews and testing processes to ensure that the developed products meet the quality standards and functional requirements of the APAC customers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create product documentation, user manuals, and technical specifications in local languages as needed for the APAC market.
Marketing and Promotion
- Develop marketing plans and promotional strategies for Torus products in the APAC region, collaborating with the regional marketing team. This includes planning product launches, trade show participation, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling product presentations and sales collateral to support the sales team in effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products to customers in the APAC region.
Team Collaboration and Reporting
- Collaborate with colleagues from different departments, including sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach towards achieving business objectives in the APAC region.
- Participate in global product management meetings and share best practices and insights from the APAC market with the broader product management team.
