Carabao Group Public Company Limited has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Baosteel Packaging, a leading metal packaging manufacturer under China Baowu, to strengthen business collaboration and supply-chain integration across Southeast Asia.

The partnership will leverage Baosteel Packaging’s production capacity network in the region alongside Carabao Group’s strong brand and distribution channels, with the aim of enhancing localized production and improving operational efficiency across key ASEAN markets, including Vietnam, Cambodia and Malaysia.

In a statement posted on social media, Baosteel Packaging said: “Recently, Baosteel Packaging and Thailand’s Carabao Group officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement, marking a new phase in their business synergy and supply chain cooperation in Southeast Asia. Leveraging Baosteel Packaging’s production capacity network in Southeast Asia and integrating Carabao Group’s strong brand channel resources, this collaboration will further enhance both parties’ localisation service capabilities and synergistic operational efficiency in the Southeast Asian market.”

The agreement is expected to support regional expansion plans and strengthen supply-chain competitiveness for both companies. The signing was reported by Bangkok Post.
