Anheuser-Busch launches vodka seltzer brand

Anheuser-Busch has launched a new canned vodka seltzer to a number of states in the US.

The brand is called NÜTRL and three flavours have been made available at launch.

These three flavours of the canned vodka seltzer are: watermelon, pineapple, and raspberry.

The American brewer, which is a subsidiary of AB InBev, says that NÜTRL is gluten free and made with zero added sugar.

Each canned beverage contains just three ingredients: vodka, seltzer and real fruit juice. Each can is also just 100 calories.

Currently available in 11 states across the US, the drinks company is looking to increase NÜTRL’s reach up and down the country in due course.

The states the beverage is available in includes: Colorado, Nevada, Washington, Idaho, Georgia, Florida, Ohio, Illinois, New York, Philadelphia, Massachusetts.

The ready-to-drink (RTD) category is the fastest growing alcohol category in the US, but still account for less than 3% of domestic spirits volume.
