New CEO at Emballator UK

Gerard Dibb, managing director of Emballator UK, will take the new position as UK Group CEO responsible for all UK companies and responsible for acquisitions to further strengthen Emballator. 

After 18 years as managing director of Emballator Packaging, Gerard Dibb will be moving to the new position of Emballator UK Group CEO with responsibility for the whole of the UK Group. 

“As a one-stop-shop for both metal and plastic packaging, the Emballator unit in UK has been successful for over 20 years. One of Gerard’s new tasks will be to focus on acquisitions, this change will help us expand our business further”, says Thomas Bergdahl, CEO of Herenco AB.

“We are making some key changes which I believe will strengthen the Emballator management team in the UK for many years to come”, says Gerard Dibb.

Philip Mann, with 20 years of experience at Emballator working in procurement, sales, planning and customer solutions, will take the position as managing director of Emballator Packaging.

“Philip brings extensive experience to the role, and he will take direct responsibility for both metal and plastic operations. It’s a well-deserved promotion.”

In addition, Christian Berger will take over Philips’s key role in procurement as supply chain manager. Christian has extensive experience within the industry in purchasing.
