As part of PERM Machine & Tool Co Inc’s continued planned expansion, it announced the acquisition of C&S Machinery Rebuilders of Paterson, NJ. 

For over 42 years C&S has been a quality supplier of Wagner Coater parts, compound liner parts as well as rebuilt equipment. While the Paterson, NJ facility is closed, all engineering, equipment, inventory, and sales have been relocated to PERM’s main facility in Saint John, Indiana. 

PERM continues to increase its footprint both domestically and internationally with product lines of Wagner Coaters, HOE presses new and refurbished Wicket ovens, oven chain, Wickets, liner parts, 

Dexter feeders and stackers, upgraded Luthi Bundle Turners and rebuilt equipment. 

Everyone at PERM is looking forward to working with the C&S customer base and treating them to a new level of quality and customer service.
