Skincare brand to use TUBEX Aluminium Tubes for samples

Skincare

REN Clean Skincare have partnered with TUBEX Aluminium Tubes to use its aluminium tubes for its sample tubes.

The product will be launched later this year, giving customers the ability to recycle the aluminium tubes rather than just throwing them away.

A post on the company’s LinkedIn read: “We exist in an industry where 122 billion sample sachets reach landfill or incineration each year. That’s why we partnered with TUBEX Aluminium Tubes to create an industry first solution to sample waste.

“Meet our NEW 100% recycled aluminium (and infinitely recyclable) sample tube – launching later this year.

“Aluminium can be widely recycled: nearly 75% of the aluminium that has ever been produced is still in use.

“It can be melted down and reformed without losing any quality. And the process can be repeated, over and over again – keeping this material in the circular economy + out of landfill.

“This material provides energy efficiencies too – recycled aluminium saves 95% of the energy needed to produce virgin aluminium.”
