Vizzy to reward travellers who get airport delays

Vizzy

To take the sting out of holiday travel, Vizzy Hard Seltzer will reward travellers who experience airport delays during the busiest travel days of the season.

From December 21 to 23, the brand will award 5,000 fliers who experience delays with $8 gift card they can use toward the purchase of Vizzy.

Travellers can show proof of their delay at vizzyholidelaydrinks.com for a chance to receive the gift card.

“With flight delays and staff shortages, airline travel can be quite stressful this year. Vizzy’s a brand that always tries to bring positivity, so we want to make the most of a bad situation and spread holiday cheer when people need it most,” says Carol Krienik, associate marketing manager for Vizzy.

Vizzy will also pop up at two airports – Chicago-Midway International Airport and Denver International Airport – during the busy holiday week.

The bars will be decked out in Vizzy’s signature bright orange, and travellers 21 and older can stop in to sample its array of hard seltzer flavours.

Vizzy will be in Denver near gate G29 on Dec. 22, and at Midway near gate A7 on December 23.

“We hope consumers who have never tried Vizzy before will stop in for a drink on us,” says Krienik.
