Ann Peirce is set to join the Neopac Group as Head of Sales Americas and Managing Director of its Wilson, North Carolina facility, effective 1 September 2026.

Bringing more than 20 years of commercial and operational experience in the pharmaceutical packaging sector, Peirce possesses a strong track record across sales leadership, business development and key account management.

In her dual role, she will oversee commercial strategy across the American market while leading operations at the North Carolina production site. Neopac extended a warm welcome to Peirce as she prepares to take up her position to drive further regional growth.
