Carlsberg create designs for Chinese New Year
Carlsberg is celebrating Chinese New Year with a limited-edition packaging designed by contemporary Chinese artist Zhang Guangyu.
Chinese New Year is on 12 February and the new designs have been created with the hope of a smooth recovery for the world in 2021 in mind.
The packaging is based on a colourful piece of art, specially created for this project; ‘2021, springing back to life’ by Zhang Guangyu, an up-and-coming contemporary Chinese artist, and captures hopes of vibrant rejuvenation in the new year.
“A vibrant beacon for positivity, this new packaging represents our best wishes for our consumers for a better 2021,” Jeff Chong, marketing director, Carlsberg and Super Premium Brands, Carlsberg China, says.
