SLAC Precision equipment Co and Ardagh Group has signed a ‘letter of intent ‘on the purchase and installation of Can and End production equipment.

Details of the agreement state that “Ardagh Group will purchase Can and End production equipment from the company during the period 2021-2024, with a total amount between US $60 to 80 million

The letter of intent also intimates that “The signing and implementation of the above “letter of intent” is of great significance for the company to further open up the market of Can and End production equipment, and at the same time has certain economic benefits.

It was noted that in the long run, it will have a positive significance for the company to achieve sustained, stable and healthy development, in line with the development strategy of the company and the interests of all shareholders.”
