Lindal Group have appointed a new chief operating officer, Frederic Noel.

Noel joins Lindal following a 20-year tenure at global materials science and manufacturing company, Avery Dennison Corporation, where he took the lead across various manufacturing sites throughout Europe.

Along with his role as VP of Operations and Supply Chain for Europe and MENA, and his most recent nomination of VP General Manager for Graphics Solutions, his career has seen him drive major transformation in a diversity of settings, while successfully leading a business and improving profitability.

Noel’s new appointment represents Lindal’s commitment to further optimise and future-proof its existing supply chain, providing an enhanced and more sustainable process that anticipates the developing needs of customers. As an international business, Lindal plans to leverage its global reach through optimisations within its supply chain while continuing to deliver the highest quality products, on time and in full to its customers.

The strategy also includes the development of its current lean manufacturing processes and adopting additional new methodologies to improve operational excellence.

Taking up the position at the company’s headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, Noel will supervise all operational activities of the Group, including manufacturing, quality and supply chain. Noel said: “I am honoured to be taking the lead on operational excellence at such a pivotal time within the company. We will be working hard to build on Lindal’s already outstanding reputation as leading aerosol packaging experts.”

Noel will be completing Lindal’s Executive team.
