Topo Chico Hard Seltzer launching in Australia
Coca-Cola Australia will enter the hard seltzer market with the launch of Topo Chico to the market.
Three flavours of the canned beverage will be launched as the drinks giant continues to make the hard seltzer available in more countries.
Coca-Cola acquired the brand in 2017.
“We are excited to be entering the hard seltzer category, which has seen incredible growth over the last 12 months. We have a fantastic product in Topo Chico Hard Seltzer which is backed by fans in Latin America and Europe and we’re confident Australians will love the light, refreshing taste,” said Coca-Cola South Pacific Vice President Robert Priest.
Coca-Cola introduced Topo Chico Hard Seltzer in Mexico and Brazil last year. It has also been sold in the US and the UK by Molson Coors.
Molson Coors Beverage Company produce, distribute and market the hard seltzer as part of a brand authorisation agreement with The Coca-Cola Company.
