Soudronic has released a new machine called UNISEAL, for can makers requiring low to medium production volumes of peel-off ends.

Based on this tried-and-tested, multi-lane UNISEAL HSS heat-sealing system, that has been installed at more than sixty locations worldwide, the new UNISEAL HSS-SL is designed exclusively with one lane.

The machine is available now and comes with features including:

• Compact machine with one lane
• Production speed up to 200 pee-off ends/minute
• Flexibility
• Suited to frequent product changes
• Diameters ranging from 65 to 127mm 
• Handles products like aluminium shells, oval and other unround ends

In a statement on the company’s website, Soudronic stated: “The machine requires a significantly lower capital investment than its bigger brother, the multi-lane UNISEAL HSS.

“Based on this tried-and-tested, multi-lane UNISEAL HSS heat-sealing system, that has been installed at more than 60 locations worldwide. “The new UNISEAL HSS-SL is designed exclusively with one lane – smart investment for smaller volumes.”
